What is Sound Healing?
Sound is ENERGY IN MOTION.
Sound healing is the practice of using audio tunes and vibrational frequencies from various sound healing instruments to repair damaged tissues and cells within the body. It works on the basis that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies and sickness, disease, depression and stress causes human beings to vibrate at a lower frequency. Playing tones that promote healing, happiness and vitality will allow DNA strands to repair themselves.
Importance of Tibetan Singing bowls
Tibetan Singing Bowls are profound healers! Their sound penetrates through our physical body in the purest sense of vibration and has an extremely calming effect on our nervous system and mind. They are powerful tools for expanding our consciousness and raising our vibrational frequency as they purify the body from inside out - helping us loosen limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, stuck emotions, stress, and anxiety.

How is healing promoted?
Around 70% of our body consists of fluids. As you see the water sprinkling in the video shared, you can visualise the same effect on the fluids in our body as the vibrations from the sound healing instruments pass through them, breaking the energy blockages in the nadis/energy channels and help with the free flow of vital energy.
Fluids in the body are closely connected to our emotions and spirit, our physical body is closely connected to our emotions. Hence the effects on mental health are seen on physical body.
Being immersed in sound from various instruments like singing bowls, swinging chimes, storm drum, sea rattle, ocean drum, tingsha bell, gongs etc causes brain waves to move from beta state(alert, concentrating, reacting) to an alpha state(creative, relaxed) and even theta(meditative state) and delta states(deep sleep; where restoring and internal healing can occur).
